Beautiful vintage glass decanter or pitcher with silver overlay. The only marking I could find is 800, presumably an indicator of its silver content. Historically, 800 silver was used primarily in Germany and the United States, which may indicate a potential origin. Looks similar to some designs by Alvin Silver, but I have not been able to conclusively identify the maker or time period. The silver features a beautiful floral pattern. It measures approximately 9" tall to the tallest point, and 5 wide.
No stopper. No monograms. No chips or cracks in the glass. Some cloudiness on interior of glass, which I have not attempted to remove. Silver is tarnished; I will leave any polishing up to the new owner.
