Homemade cape. I’ve used this as the flying purple people eater, Dracula, rock n roll concerts, fancy parties with boots, everyday windy cold weather. It’s material outside is crushed velvet and satiny lining inside. I’m 5 ft and it drags the floor so I have to wear high heel boots. It will fit plus sizes also. Male or female could wear. It really is in good condition, but marked as fair as the seam for the hood to the cape was never sealed but it’s not noticeable. Has arm holes. Make an offer.
