Boy and Rabbit (circa 1814) by the Scottish artist Sir Henry Raeburn

This is a print of the famous painting "Boy and Rabbit" by Scottish painter Sir Henry Raeburn

The original oil-on-canvas painting was completed around 1814.

The subject is Henry Raeburn Inglis, the artist's godson and step-grandson.

The boy is depicted feeding dandelion leaves to his pet rabbit, a domestic scene contrasting with the more formal portraits common at the time.

The original painting is held in the Royal Academy of Arts collection in London.
