This is a hard to find building due to its limited production.
This is a ceramic building with an animated light and sound mechanism. Building plays the Bobby Pickett’s song “Monster Mash” and an interior dance scene rotates in front of a big window. The song plays for about a minute and the button needs to be pushed to play it some more.
This house is in new condition. Please note there is a factory defect at the rear of the house, bottom right edge; the paint didn’t make it all the way to the edge. See photo #9. I opened the packaging to test and inspect its contents. Lights and sound were tested and work as they should.
Sleeve has slight wear and tear, including crumpling at top and bottom corners.
