This is a retired five-piece gift set, introduced in 2001 and retired the same year, originally available during a special "Discover Department 56" event, making it a collectible item.
Set includes "Santa's Sleigh Launch" porcelain lighted building; "All Clear for Take Off" Accessory; 2-Green Glitter Sisal Trees.
This house/building is in excellent condition in the original box. No chips, cracks, or indication of misuse or abuse. The original flimsy cardboard sleeve and Styrofoam may have some wear, but the piece(s) looks as good as the day purchased.
