I'm the second or third owner. As far as I know, the head has never been painted. A previous owner did color over the imprinted info inside the head with pencil, but that should be able to be removed easily. Head is like-new otherwise.
I assume it has yellowed due to the age, but don't have any Fairyland white skin to compare to.
