Worn twice.
My above the waist area where the waistband is 26inches. I’m 32A. This laid flat is 20inches. It does stretch but it is uncomfortable on me, although I can still put it on. I’ve gained some weight but it was always a bit tight. I noticed it help e with posture when I first wore it.
It would fit someone 32AA and smaller waist ~ 23-24in
