This is Hugsy, Joey's favorite stuffed penguin from the TV show Friends.
I purchased it over 10 years ago from a used goods website overseas.
The right side of the hat was detached when I bought it, and the thread is visible.
The goggles' rubber band is a bit loose, but it was like that when I bought it.
There are some small scratches on the plastic parts of the eyes.
Since it's a foreign-made product, there may be some imperfections in the construction.
