This is a brand new never used Harvey Disney Minnie Polka Dot Couture Satchel Bag. Harvey bags are made from seatbelts and in the USA. This collection came out in 2010 and is no longer available from Harvey’s. This is a very large bag with a black screen print of Minnie on the inside lining. It measures approximately 12”x 9” x 5 1/2”. It also has an adjustable strap, 4 protective metal feet and 3 internal pockets. I purchased this bag new but never ended up using it.
