Complete Set: LEGO 6370 Weekend House with Bicycle

This is an old LEGO model released in 1985.
It is a complete set with the original box and instructions, and no missing parts.

The original box has clear tape applied for reinforcement.
The instructions show some wear and tear, but are in their original condition.
The block parts are generally in good condition.
I assembled the set for parts verification and photography before listing, but it has been stored in a place away from direct sunlight. The white blocks don't seem to have any severe sun damage or discoloration. However, since it has been assembled a few times, some parts may have minor scratches.
There are four stickers, three of which are already applied to the designated parts. The remaining painting sticker is unapplied (as it is meant to be applied across multiple blocks, I have kept it unapplied).
