NEEDS TO BE REWAXED. It is a well-loved jacket with the removable hood, although one of the pulls on the hood is missing. Being Barbour it is very high quality and just needs to be rewaxed or perhaps washed and then rewaxed. It has a funny smell common to vintage barbours, that will go away if it is rewaxed. Otherwise I still wore this, the smell isn’t so bad. Made in England.
