NEC Audio Integrated Amplifier A-10ii, fully functional.
I have confirmed that sound is outputting properly from each input to the speakers. Speaker outputs A and B have been tested and confirmed.
No crackling was detected, and the Power Amp Level function works for both left and right channels.
I was using this as my main system until recently, but I am selling it because it is too heavy.
