Rare necklace made with LARGE hand made white and black pattern lucite and silver beads by Hawaiian artist, Myrna Lee Chang. Purchased at an estate sale, it has never been worn and each bead is individually made. It is 18.5” long while closed and is STUNNING. There are also 3 large antique silver beads and unique spring pin clasp. Myrna was known for using local Hawaiian materials, handmade lucite beads and antique Asian artifacts. Her pieces are one of a kind, with no piece being he same. She was a master at making lucite beads that looked natural stones. Her chunky and hodgepodge pieces have become quite collectible, especially since she no longer creates these masterpieces. Her pieces sold for upwards of $800-$1000.
