Frame and Design
The 2nd Generation Minute, released in 1999 is also known as the Minute 1.0.
This frame changed a few aspects of the style while maintaining the smaller proportions and sleek wrap.
First is one of the biggest changes. Gone is the Jet Intake port. Instead it's replaced with a traditional true metal icon. Plus you'll also see Oakley name printed across a slightly flatter bridge.
