Bone china figurine of a man, seated on a bench titled “The Balloon Man”. He is holding a bouquet of balloons in his one hand. On the underside of the piece is the Royal Doulton factory mark, H.N. 1954.
"Biddy Pennyfarthing" H.N. 1843 is made of fine bone china. She's holding a basket of flowers in one hand and a bouquet of balloons in the other.
