This chevron or ripple afghan is an homage to my Grandmother Lela. She sat outside under a tree one summer teaching her 7 year old granddaughter how to crochet. It has been a lifelong passion and I thank her for passing along her beautiful talent to me.
This style of chevron blanket was her favorite to make. This is a Southwestern with, brick, adobe, coral, brown and turquoise colored yarns. It measures 65" X 44" a great size to have on your couch or a great house warming gift. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making.
