While the toy is relatively clean for something from several decades ago, there are some missing parts: the chimney trim, one window, and a section of the wall next to the window have come off.
The detached parts were stored with dolls, furniture, and dishes, but they are currently missing.
The box is not in good condition and is quite worn, but it is still available.
