Up for sale is a vintage R.G. Lawrie bagpipe chanter made from African blackwood, dating from the 1980s.
This chanter is in good overall condition, showing light cosmetic wear consistent with age and use but no cracks or structural issues. The bottom ferrule has some yellowing as shown in the photos.
It does not include a reed and will require hemping to properly fit the new owner’s setup.
