Offered for sale is a new in the box, Vintage 1993 Ertl 1:16th Scale Allis-Chalmers Model WC Tractor. This toy is #1 in the Precision Series. The Part Number is #2245 and the Serial Number is 1203U, which indicates it was produced on the 120th day of 1993. This tractor is in new condition and includes the commemorative booklet and collector's medallion . The actual 23 horsepower tractor was produced by Allis-Chalmers from 1933 to 1948 at the West Allis, Wisconsin factory. The Allis-Chalmers WC was the first tractor tested on rubber tires at Nebraska. The WC was styled in 1938, starting at serial number WC74330. The styled WC featured a rounded radiator and larger tires. This model represents the unstyled earlier version of the WC.
