Hello, you're looking at a vintage Huckleberry Finn themed tie clip/bar signed SAC (Sarah Coventry).
It measures about 1.5 inches across and the boy figure is about .75 inches tall. I am unsure of the metal used since it's only signed, no hallmark.
Condition-wise, there is a general patina/tarnish to it, a few marks on the bar itself, and there is some general wear near the edges.
