This lot is in good though definitely used condition from a smoke free pet free home. The treehouse works as it should although batteries are not included. See photos for signs of wear, they count as the description. Some items show more wear or need washing so expect them to look played with. The treehouse works and plays sounds, it does have scuffed areas though and needs dusting/washing in some areas. PRICE IS FIRM. Selling only as a lot.
