Vintage Wooden Rocking Chair Pin Cushion/Thread Holder/Scissors Holder. This has green cloth headrest and seat cover. The seat cover has some little stains as shown. I would stick a short pearl pin in the spot to hide it. The back has a wood loop to hold scissors and it will hold 6 spools of thread. The small drawer would be great for needle threaders or thimbles or even buttons. The back of the chair is slotted. Very cute.
